Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold by Rita Satura ("written by rita") at writtenbyrita.com.
Digital products are non-refundable
Our ebooks and workbooks are digital files delivered to you instantly after purchase. Because you receive immediate access to the full product, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a file has been delivered.
If something goes wrong
We want you to actually receive what you paid for. If your download does not work, the file is corrupted, or you were charged incorrectly, contact us at rita@writtenbyrita.com within 14 days and we will fix it, including resending the file or correcting a duplicate charge.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes any rights you may have under the consumer laws that apply to you.
